Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We are here to help.

What is the "age restriction" on the in-person classes registration page? There are only classes for students below 7 or above 18 and we can't find anything in between.

Each class has a different age group assigned on its own course page. There are classes for 4-6 yr olds, 5-7 yr olds, 8-12 yr olds and 12-17 yr olds. Our adult classes are 18+. We tailor classes to meet the needs of our community. Please email us at [email protected] with your ideas for classes!

How often do you publish the seasonal class lists?

There are Winter classes (January – March, with Spring Break being 2 weeks in March), Spring Classes (April – June), Summer Camps and Classes (July-Aug), and Fall classes (September-December).
Classes are published when the City of Surrey gives the dates for when registration opens for each season.

What is the refund policy for the classes?

We follow the City of Surrey’s refund policy. You can request a full refund before the class starts. After the class begins, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining classes.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, purchase date, and the reason for a refund.

Can I transfer my classes to someone else?

For classes purchased on the City of Surrey website, they are not transferrable.
For Shopify classes, please contact us at [email protected].

Do you offer private classes (Pottery, Acrylic)?

These are available on request. Please email us at [email protected] with your ideas.
