Existing since 2017, the Peninsula Arts & Culture Alliance (PACA) is a group of dedicated arts and culture, and business professionals who work toward bringing artists, art groups and businesses together for a stronger and more vibrant creative community in White Rock/South Surrey. Everyone is welcome!
A huge thank you to initiating co-organizers Elaine Cheung and Michele Partridge, as well as supporting agencies — the Cities of White Rock and Surrey, the SSWR Chamber of Commerce, White Rock BIA, White Rock Library, White Rock Museum, Semiahmoo Arts and White Rock Rotary Club, and Aspira as a sponsor.

As a grassroots organization and as an Arts Council under the BC Association of Arts Councils, SAS partners with the Cities of White Rock and Surrey and looks forward to ongoing collaboration as Guest Speakers and Catalysts.
