Ulee Maschaykh

Executive Director

Ulee is an art/urban historian with an interest in art, architecture, urbanism and the impact of cities on people’s lives. She is passionate about sustainability, affordability and inclusivity in urban communities. Through her international studies and work experience in Germany, Canada and New Zealand she has gained a diverse and intercultural understanding of how cultures, arts and cities build inclusive communities.
Ulee strongly believes that various arts forms have the power to bring people from all backgrounds together, through inventively and creatively planned placemaking events.
In this regard she is impressed by the intangible qualities of social dynamics that exist in White Rock and the opportunities the city provides to foster innovation and human interactions.
