#2 I Am

Description:

This painting was inspired by a book named “I am That “by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj where I expressed my contemplation on Beingness, which I perceive as the feeling of aliveness within the body.
It appears to me that this animating presence residing within me, extends beyond my body, just that I am not able to see it or comprehend it.
An attempt has been made to portray it as a this, joyous, colorful energy exploding in all directions out side of me and inside of me at the same time.
It is just that when I am so lost in thoughts I seem to have forgotten this reality. Now it’s a matter of bringing my awareness to the present moment again and again!
