Lyn Verra-Lay

I’ve been involved in visual and performing arts in the community for over three decades. I enjoy working and volunteering in the arts whether it’s for my own enjoyment or to help others. My main art practice is in textile arts; I dye silk and cotton scarves and accessories. I also dye thrifted and consignment items to give them new “life” and to keep clothing out of landfills. Some of the dyed items become part of up cycled clothing, accessories and mixed media jewelry.
